If you would like to return or exchange your purchased item(s), please contact our customer service team within five days from the date you received your order at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending back your item(s).
Once you have received our response to your initial notification, please send your return or exchange to the address at the top left-hand corner of the item(s) package.
The item(s) are inspected once received. You will receive an email to notify you that it was received and also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Please be aware that refunds and exchanges will be issued only for correctly returned items.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, a refund or exchange may be denied if the item(s) do not meet the following requirements:

The Style Escape has to be notified by email within five days after you received your order about making a return or exchange, and the item(s) must be:
- unused with all the original tags attached
- free from dirt, dust, pet hair or any fragrances
- in the same packaging and same condition that you received it
Once your package is received and the item(s) meet the above conditions, your refund or exchange will be processed, and the credit will be put automatically back on your credit card or PayPal account within 48 hours.
If your return or exchange item does not meet the conditions listed, you will not be issued a refund, and the package will be sent back to you using our standard shipping method.
Please be advised that we will deduct the initial applicable shipping cost from the total refund. Also, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item(s).
Important: You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance in case we do not receive your returned/exchange items.
