Bastet Noir's The Cindy Dress brings all the drama! Gathered pleats fall gracefully down the left shoulder and meet at a mid-arm point for major off-shoulder boldness.

Inspired by Cindy Lou Who, the dress's mini length is accompanied by a detachable wrinkly black belt and a 70s A-line skirt with a metallic side zipper that stretches all the way down the skirt.

The simple 70s-inspired mini skirt calms the tone allowing for the dress to be work appropriate as it is a killer on the dance floor.
